Please read the following carefully and prior to ordering any gifts or products for sale from solutiongallery.co.uk. Access to information on this website including any subsequent purchases are conditional on your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and other information shown below.

All products and prices (including postage & packing) may be subject to change from time to time. We reserve the right to do this should the need arise.
All products offered for sale are 'errors & omissions excepted'.

On-line ordering of gifts

During your ordering process please take time to ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete prior to making any purchases.

If you are making a purchase we may also use cookies to keep track of the transaction from one page to the next. Cookies are a feature of web browser software that allows web servers to temporarily store information within your browser, which in turn allows us to recognize the computer used to access this website. Most browsers automatically accept cookies but you can delete existing cookies from your browser. You can also edit your browser options to choose not to receive cookies in future.

When you place an order to purchase a gift from solutiongallery.co.uk, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.

Returns and Refunds

Whilst we take every care to ensure your items arrive safely sometimes problems can occur. If you receive your order and it appears to have been damaged in transit or it is not the item you ordered, please notify us by email at info@solutiongallery.co.uk upon receipt and return the item to us in the 'original packaging'. We will happily send a replacement back to you at no extra charge, or a full refund if you prefer. We shall be responsible for the cost of any return postage you incur.

If, for some reason you do not want the item you ordered then please notify us by email at info@solutiongallery.co.uk  within 8 days of receipt and return the item to us in its original condition and wrapping.  Upon receipt of the unwanted item or within 30 days of your notification to cancel, whichever comes first, we will refund you the cost of the item or send you an alternative item if you wish. The cost of the postage for the returned item shall be born by you. Should you fail to return the items then the cost, incurred by us, of retrieving them shall be born by you.  

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the item whilst it is in your possession.

Please ensure that you get some proof of posting, either a receipt for postage or send the item back by recorded delivery.

Should an item not arrive within 14 days of dispatch, please email info@solutiongallery.co.uk with your details and we will investigate the situation.  We shall not be liable for any loss incurred by you due to the late delivery of an item.

Please note: For orders that require personalization we operate a 'no returns' policy.
Damaged or faulty items will, of course, be subject to the above refund policy.

Your security

solutiongallery.co.uk takes security and your confidentiality seriously.

During your purchase any personal details entered including credit card payments will automatically be encrypted using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) created by Paypal. You will see a padlock symbol at the bottom right of your browser screen to confirm this. Payment will be taken from your credit/debit card once your order has been submitted. Included within your payment will be a postage and packing fee.

Your privacy

solutiongallery.co.uk are committed to protecting your right to privacy when you provide information during your purchase of our products.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you solely to process your order.

The type of information we will collect about you is limited to:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

The email address and telephone number supplied by you will not be given to any third parties under any circumstances and will only be used by ourselves should there be a problem with payment or delivery

 

Delivery

We aim to dispatch in stock items, that have been processed, by 4pm (Mon to Fri) the same day or at least by next working day. However, at busy times and holidays please allow 7 working days for delivery. If you have not received your order within 14 working days from point of purchase please contact us with your order details. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times once items have left our premises.

General

We ensure that every product is accurately described for purchase and all photographs are reproduced faithfully but purchasers should be aware that product colors can be interpreted differently by monitor and desktop settings for each visitor.

The entire range of products are of the highest quality available. We are extremely particular in offering only those products which meet our quality standards and are confident that you will appreciate our efforts in this regard.
